From 30th April to 30th September 2017, Norfolk by Design will hold a pop-up exhibition in the Stables at Houghton Hall.
In line with this year’s Richard Long exhibition, many of the artists and craftspeople included in the exhibition use natural materials, subject matter and forms, that will reference features found within the grounds and park at Houghton Hall. They will explore contemporary pastoral themes in their work, inspired by different aspects of Norfolk’s extraordinary topography.
The exhibition will include paintings, drawings, sculpture, shell work, photography, print making, furniture and decorative design to include woodwork, lighting, ceramics, basket weaving, textiles and jewellery made by artists including Lucy Loveheart, Claire Moynihan, Linda Jamieson, Carolyn Brookes-Davies, Helena Lynch, Crochetdermy, Will Cutts, Maria Pavledis, Blott Kerr-Wilson and Polly Fern.
All of the items on display are available for purchase, so prepare to be tempted!
